Eastern Extravaganza
Preparations for the first Eastern Extravaganza hosted by the members of the Shree Raam Narayan Temple Society are well under way. The temple society is hosting the fundraising event, which will be an evening of glitz, glamour and dinner at the Port Shepstone Civic Centre next Saturday, March 16 at 5.30pm for 6pm. There will be a Miss Eastern Teen contest as well as performances by Shiv Ramsunder and Samishka Singh.
Former Lotus FM DJ Chandresan Govender will also be in attendance. Entry fee is R150 per person. Lucky draws, a raffle and an auction will be held.
The society is seeking table sponsors for some senior citizens. If a company would like to sponsor a table please contact Remilla Jagersar at 083 414 1739.
Church visit
Apostle Idy Samuel will be visiting Port Shepstone. The church planter and prophet from Destiny Life Ministry will be ministering at Faith Celebration Centre this Friday, March 8 to Sunday, March 10. The Friday and Saturday ministries start at 7pm and 6pm on Sunday. All are welcome. For further information call 083 3012195.

Comedy night
The Sanctuary Community Church presents a comedy night hosted by Carvin H Goldstone with live entertainment by Christopher Pillay at Radiant Life Ministries, Palmview on March 29.
