Former magistrate to speak on cannabis at Stonecroft Ministries’ meeting

Stonecroft Ministries’ next morning tea takes place at Port Shepstone Country Club on Friday, March 22 at 9am for 9.30am. Former regional magistrate Johann Bester will speak on ‘Cannabis in the hand of the Law.’
