The Swim-a-thon commenced last Monday and continued throughout the week – until every pupil had the opportunity to raise funds for the upgrading of the pool area and swimming equipment. This is one of two annual fund-raisers and, with the help of generous parents, families and friends, the school managed to raise a record amount of just over R55 000.

At last Saturday’s inter-house swimming gala, team swimmers proudly represented sport houses Stingray, Barracuda and Marlin – Barracuda claimed the trophy at the end of the day. Well done to every swimmer who trained so hard, and thank you to all who supported or helped make the day such a tremendous success.
