At the recent RE/MAX annual awards lunch in Durban, RE/MAX By The Sea, Margate Premier Club agent Sheryl Schilz was awarded membership of the elite Titan Club. Only a few select top performing sales associates in KZN qualify for this prestigious award, which is based on sale performances for the year.

Sheryl was delighted to receive another award from RE/MAX South Africa for achieving the second position in the category ‘Top Ten Individual Sales Associates’ in the KZN region, where she competed against the best individual sales agents in the country.
Sheryl believes in achieving agreed upon objectives, it is important for homeowners to be able to work together with their agent. Essentially your agent wants the same thing as you do, which is to sell your property for a realistic price in the shortest time possible.
