Head to the Wild Waves pool party

Catch DJ Rawnik live at the very first Wild Waves Pool Party taking place at the Wild Coast Sun Casino and Resort’s Wild Waves Water Park on Saturday, April 6 from 7pm until late.

DJ Rawnik (Mpumelelo Qwathekana) has promised a fun-filled and electrifying experience for his fans at the event.

He will be showcasing his talent alongside DJ Sox from Durban, hit-making producer Sketchy Bongo, BlaQ Soulz and the Fresh Prince of Gqom DJ Funky Qla.

Rawnik is a producer and DJ with a knack for soulful house music.

His work has earned him respect in the industry which has seen him work with popular artists like Black Coffee’s Africa Rising vocalist Tshepo King, Busi Mhlongo’s bass guitarist Themba Ncama and DJ Happy Girl just to name a few.

The soft-spoken DJ is a self-taught producer whose love for music and producing started in 2009 when he was first introduced to digital music.

“It has been a long and ongoing journey but I am grateful for the opportunities I’ve been granted in working with such great artists in order to expand my horizons.”

DJ Rawnik’s hit single, the Guitar Song was playlisted on Gagasi FM.

“My set will feature some of the songs from my current project that I am planning to release this year and I am positive that everyone will be blown away by the quality and creativity put in each track” he concludes.
