Join the Superbodies team and get your moves on for Hospice

It’s going to be four hours of fun and sweat – all in aid of raising funds for South Coast Hospice.

Bring your family, work colleagues or friends and come and join Superbodies instructors Brilliant Hlongwa, Wendy Fleming and Reuben Struwig in an aerobathon at the Southcoast Mall on Saturday, April 6 from 9am to 1pm.

Cost is R80 per person which lets you do either one session or all four.
