Sweating it out for hospice at aerobathon
It was a high-energy day with three instructors from Superbodies, Wendy Fleming, Brilliant Hlongwa and Reuben Struwig keeping everyone on their toes.
The Superbodies’ aerobathon in aid of South Coast Hospice at the Southcoast Mall was a resounding success last Saturday.
A whopping R10 200 was raised for the non-profit organisation by the sale of raffle tickets and entrance fees.

Mark Lawlor of Superbodies said it was a great vibe, and thanked everyone for their amazing support.
“Thank you to all those who broke a sweat fundraising for hospice. All funds raised go towards patient care,” said BT King, fundraiser for hospice.

South Coast Hospice provides palliative care and support to patients with cancer, Hiv/Aids, motor neuron disease, tuberculosis (TB) and multidrug-resistant TB (MDR-TB). They provide a choice of specialist care and support to enable patients to attain the highest possible quality of life, using an interdisciplinary approach.
