KwaZulu-Natal Saps Easter operations a success

Several road blocks and vehicle check points were conducted in Scottburgh and surrounding areas, combined with high visibility and intensified patrols.

Crime prevention strategies implemented by police over the Easter period produced great results.

This is according to Scottburgh Saps station commander, Colonel Ralph Ruiters who added that these operations will be ongoing.

“Scottburgh has an influx of holidaymakers over Easter and members of the Scottburgh Saps, assisted by Umzinto K9, are deployed strategically,” said Scottburgh Saps communications officer, Captain Adam Francis.
