Love and toys for Harmony Hill rescues

Fourteen pupils from the Hibiscus Learning Centre in Umtentweni visited Harmony Hill Rescue Havens last Thursday. Laden with handmade cat toys, blankets and food, the children showered the rescues in the care of the haven with a whole lot of love and happiness.

Rescue cats were spoilt and treated to dangling pom poms, hanging feathers, treats and catnip.

Penny Taylor of Harmony Hill said the children also listened to a short talk on the five most important points essential to a healthy and happy lifestyle for their pets before being taken to play with kittens and puppies.
