Marburg Secondary School ended their long wait to regain the top spot in high school volleyball at the opening knockout tournament last Saturday.
In sweltering heat players braved energy-sapping temperatures to put on excellent displays.

The boys’ and girls’ U16 teams finished runners-up, while the O16 girls’ team were crowned champions once again.
These results ensured that Marburg Secondary School pipped arch rivals Port Shepstone Secondary to the post and were crowned the ‘Champion High School’ of the first knockout.
