PEPS prefects learn to lead

It was a great opportunity to identify strengths and test leadership skills.

Port Edward Primary School’s gr 7 prefects attended an excursion to Skogheim last Thursday to develop leadership and team-building skills.

Several of grades 1, 2 and 3 swimmers competed at the Junior Primary relay gala at Southcity Christian College last Wednesday.

The children swam beautifully and thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon, with PEPS placing fourth overall.

Gr 5 pupils enjoyed an outing to Port Edward beach last Tuesday and were delighted to put some of their Social Science theory into practice by testing their map skills and exploring local history.

Pre-primary’s red and green groups also enjoyed days out at the beach and had loads of fun building sandcastles, studying rock-pool creatures and going on treasure hunts.
