Capital K goes swimmingly for Raynard brothers

This was held at Midmar Dam and raced over a distance of one kilometre.

The Raynard brothers at Southcity Christian School have excelled in swimming recently.

They recently took part in the Capital K Open Water 13 & Under KwaZulu-Natal Championships.

This was held at Midmar Dam and raced over a distance of one kilometre.

Everraud was the first 10 year old to finish, clocking up a time of 16:14 minutes, and taking an overall ranking of 31 for the 13 & Under age group.

Enzo was the first nine year old to finish, in a time of 19:03 minutes, placing 36th overall.

This was another significant milestone in the swimming careers of the two boys and the school is extremely proud of their achievements.

The many hours of sacrifice and training have paid off and no doubt will continue to.
