Fann blows hot at Sheppie

The Halfway Ford Business Day was played last Friday.

Eddie Fann may be better know for his bowls skills, but he can play golf too and won the Individual Bonus Bogey at Port Shepstone Country Club last Wednesday on +4.

Rob Calder was next on +3, with Roly Shaw third on +2, on a countout.

The Halfway Ford Business Day, played last Friday, was won on 91 points by Eddie Ringo, Tony Fairbairn, John Beekman and Jesse Verster.

They counted out Piet Fourie, Jaco van der Wal, Johan Neethling and George Nagel.

In third place on 85 points were Ryan Ringo, Lane Allen, Daryl D’arcy and Collis Taylor.

Last Saturday’s betterball Stableford was won by Sheldon and Deucullen van der Merwe on 44 points, by two from Mark Smith and Ken Morris.

In third were James Coull and Greg Hornby on 41 points.
