Southcity swimmers break records

The winning house was Judah, beating Levi with nine points.

Southcity recently held its interhouse swimming gala, where an impressive eight records were broken.

Although the gala felt different because of Covid-19 restrictions, the swimmers were in very high spirits and swam competitively.

Asher had the most entries for the event and won the Tabloids Trophy.

Age group winners were Cassia Burger (U14 girls and Junior Victrix), Tristan Horsley (U14 boys), Storm Cawood (U15 girls), Bayanda Hufner (U15 boys and Junior Victor), Hannah Wichman (U16 girls), Chaz Young (U16 boys), Suné de Wit (Open girls and Senior Victrix) and Ethan Chapman (Open boys and Senior Victor).
