Curtain calls at Southcity

To end off the term the two classes presented a mini informal Eisteddfod, where each learner was awarded a certificate.

Southcity Christian School‘s Grade R classes have been very busy learning rhyming words and poems during the term.

This is a fundamental area in their school readiness programme, preparing them for Grade 1 next year.

The children learnt how to project their voices and dramatise the poems through actions and facial expressions.

To end off the term the two classes presented a mini informal Eisteddfod, where each learner was awarded a certificate.

There were plenty amazing and outstanding performances.

Southcity looks forward to seeing these little performers grow and blossom in the future.
