It certainly was an exciting week at Margate Primary.
There were the cultural dress days and what a delightful array of costumes there were.
Then we were privileged to have a demonstration by the South African Mounted Police unit from Pietermaritzburg.
Besides seeing what the horses were capable of doing, many of the learners were treated to a ride. A very enjoyable experience for all.
Nomfundo Dlamini excelled at the recent District Mental Maths competition by coming first. Well done! A remarkable result.
Holidays begin tomorrow and we return on October 11.
