It was with deep sorrow and grief that Port Shepstone Senior Primary learnt of the tragic, untimely demise of beloved Grade 6 learner, Alexus Braun, her dad, Clint Braun, and Sabri Siyanda Ndabandaba, who is the brother of Grade 4 learner Nkazimulo Jula.
The school extends its heartfelt condolences to the Braun and Jula families. May God give them strength and courage to withstand this traumatic loss. Rae and Nkazimulo are wished a speedy recovery.
Term two monitor induction took place on April 22. A total of 55 new monitors were inducted.
The school’s extra mural programme commenced last week. Afternoon remedial lessons have also been offered to support learners in English, Afrikaans, isiZulu and mathematics.
After almost two years, the school was abuzz last Thursday with parents who were offered the opportunity to meet with teachers to discuss the academic progress of their children. Parents are thanked for their overwhelming support.
