Pack a picnic and take dad on a guided walk
The walk is relatively easy and about an hour.
The Ivungu Conservancy has organised a relaxed guided walk through the beautiful Skyline Nature Reserve in Uvongo, perfect for the whole family on Father’s Day, this Sunday (19th).
The walk starts at 10:00, and will be headed by Paddy Norman, who is a ‘greenie institution’ in his own right.
Funny, informative, knowledgeable and slightly off kilter – his walks are always a treat!
The walk is relatively easy and about an hour.
Those who wish to stay after the walk for a picnic lunch are welcome to pack food, drinks and picnic blanket or chairs. There is a lovely grassy area under the trees which is perfect for a natter and a sandwich.
There is no entrance fee and all are welcome.
