When marriage becomes a laughing matter
The evening was thoroughly enjoyed, with funds being raised for Genesis Hope South Africa outreaches.
Laughed so hard, there were tears streaming down my face and my jaw ached.
Was just what I needed after a tough week, said another.
That was how one person described the Marriage for Dummies comedy show at Norwegian Settlers Church last Saturday night.
Presented by the legendary husband and wife comedic duo of Aaron McIlroy and Lisa Bobbert, it was held as a fundraiser for Genesis Hope South Africa.
The show was a huge hit and the audience left in high spirits after a good two hours of laughter therapy.
Mystery envelopes were on sale as part of the fundraising initiative and Tracy Beckett was delighted to win the main prize of a weekend away at the beautiful Lake Eland Game Reserve.
