DA makes urgent court application against Umdoni Municipality in Durban High Court

The Democratic Alliance will be seeking a personal costs order against the municipal manager for the legal proceedings.

Several members of the Democratic Alliance are having an urgent court application against Umdoni municipal manager Thabisile Ndlela and the Council at the Durban High Court today (March 24).

This comes after the reallocation of the DA’s Executive Committee (EXCO) seat to the ANC by the Umdoni Council.

“The DA will be seeking a personal costs order against the municipal manager for the legal proceedings,” explained the DA media team in a statement.
