4×4 drivers entertain spectators

There was lots of cheers from both drivers and spectators.

It was a day to remember for superfans of 4x4s and the sounds of big engines.

This after a splendid performance by 4×4 drivers who entertained the crowd at the Coastline 4×4 offroad event in Izotsha last Saturday.

The rain didn’t stop (from left) Vishal Ramsunder, Yuvvay Ramsunder, Gonna Iyer, Nishchal Duki, Dinesh Ramsunder and Adesh Ghingar.

While there was a bit of rain in the morning, the drivers hoped for more, to make the event more interesting.

It eventually came down at lunchtime, and there was lots of cheers from both drivers and spectators.

A superb display in the mud.

Event organiser, Creole Moodley said it’s about having fun and testing the power of the vehicles.

“We are still trying to introduce it. Everyone is welcome to join,” he said.

Enjoying the moment are (from left) Caitlin Foster, Cassidy Massey and Cadence Fourie.

One spectator, Jackie Steyn, said the event was fun. “It’s the first time I have attended. Continuity will be great, and if they return I will definitely be there,” she said .
