#ElectionDay: No complaints, smooth sailing in Scottburgh and surrounds

Voters are reminded that voting stations close at 21:00.

Law enforcement and relevant stakeholders have been making the rounds visiting various voting stations under the Scottburgh policing area today (November 4).

This includes members from Scottburgh Saps, Scottburgh Community Policing Forum, the Department of Community Safety and Liaison, Umdoni traffic and others.

According to Scottburgh CPF’s chairman Huzaifah Ebrahim, there have been no complaints received from any of the Scottburgh policing areas so far, and voting is running smoothly.

Police will be on duty throughout the day and night ensuring safe and fair conditions at all voting stations.

Registered voters are reminded that voting stations are open from 07:00 to 21:00.
