Cubs make new friends while painting

The youngsters lent a hand in upgrading the facilities.

The 1st Margate Meerkats and Cubs spent 67 minutes for Mandela Day painting the Ebenezer crèche/community hall in Izingolweni.

Hard at work, but also having fun.

It was wonderful for them to be able to give of their time to where it was needed, in a community which doesn’t have much.

Visiting the Ebenezer creche and community hall.

Once the painting was done the meerkats and cubs had fun playing with the children who had come to the hall to see what was going on.

Team work makes the dream work when it comes to painting.

Thanks were extended to the parents who came to help on the day.
