Two people are being sought by detectives at the vehicle crime investigation unit to assist in case of carjacking at Nguni in Harding on March 12, 2023.
Police spokesman Sergeant Sibu Ncane said a white Isuzu bakkie, which was taken at gunpoint with two passengers inside, was later recovered.
The two passengers were left abandoned on the side of the road.
In another case, two people were kidnapped at gunpoint and a TLB taken at Nyangwini location in Msinsinsi by two suspects on May 6, 2023.
A white twin cab Isuzu LDV with an ND registration was used in the robbery.
The people in the identity kits may be able to assist police with the investigations. The kidnapped people were left near a river in Mwalume.
