Influential award for Pranitha

Through her work and various associations, she has had the opportunity to work on events for Cansa, raise awareness for the various religious and NPO organisations, as well as promote local and international talent on various platforms.

Former South Coaster, Pranitha Manilal Ramckurran, is a wife, businesswoman and professional accountant living in Durban.

She recently received an award at the Influential Women & Artes Awards, which took place at Sibaya iZulu Theatre.

“I am filled with gratitude and pride, happy to have a legacy to share with my family. I want to encourage other women and girls to fulfil their dreams of careers in any industry as we are as strong as our mind is,” she said.
Pranitha, who matriculated at Port Shepstone Secondary, is also a versatile dancer and emcee, and has a passion for the entertainment industry.

She’s the daughter of Pramesh and Buni Manilal of Oslo Beach, and married to Sanjay.
