The Ons Winkel charity shop in Scottburgh has begun a stationery drive to benefit learners for the upcoming school year.
Locals are requested to donate good quality pre-loved stationery.
“The objective of this project is to offer scholars stationery at affordable prices for 2024,” said Mekella Rose Duyvestyn from Ons Winkel, Scottburgh.
The charity shop is part of Solidarity Helping Hands which uses funds generated from shop sales to offer social assistance in the community, job opportunities and study funds to students who wish to study but are unable to afford it.
Stationery donations can be dropped off at the shop located at 129 Scott Street, Scottburgh or at Body Zone Gym in Scottburgh Mall. Alternatively contact Mekella on 074 8015170 for pick ups.
