Scottburgh meeting for KZN subsistence fisherfolk
The meeting is tomorrow morning (Nov 14) at 10:00.
The Kwa-Zulu Natal Subsistence Fisherfolks will meet at the Nederduitse Gereformeerde Kerk Church in Scottburgh tomorrow morning (November 14) at 10:00.
The meeting will entail feedback on the subsistence fishing policy, small scale fishing policy, renewal of Transnet permits and sewage concerns in the ocean.
The South Durban Community Environmental Alliance (SDCEA) and the KZN Subsistence Fisherfolk Forum (KZNSFF) are calling all fisherfolks from Amanzimtoti, Umgababa, Umkomaas, Scottburgh, Sezela and Port Shepstone to join.
The church venue is on Ann Arbor Road, Scottburgh South – corner of Glen and Ann Arbor Roads.
