Create your world in Christ

We live in a beautiful country with incredible people and amazing potential, but like many places in the world today we have many challenges and it’s these challenges and the daily grind of meeting all the demands and expectations that can wear us down and steal our joy and the opportunity to make a difference.

But this is the season when we can take a moment to stop, reflect and perhaps even reset, so we can then put our best foot forward as we step into a new year.

Jesus completely gets this, He shares an incredible open invitation to anybody and everybody in Matthew 11:28-30 NKJV.

It reads as follows: “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

Jesus came to give life and freedom from sin and bondage, when we accept His invitation, we give Him the opportunity to give us hope and empower us to ‘create our world’ through His mercy and grace.
