Gin festival a hit

Guests enjoyed a variety of locally-produced gin products, delicious food and live music performances.

Many visitors attended a gin festival hosted by the SA Gin Society and Schweppes at the Wild Coast Sun recently.

The Wild Coast Sun’s, Cynthia Nene said that the festival was the final instalment of a 10-city tour which saw the SA Gin Society and Schweppes delight audiences across South Africa during the year.

Promoting the Valerian gin brand is Andre Wilsnach.
Taking in the music and atmosphere are Luck Matebula and Nosandi Mpiti.

The guests enjoyed a variety of locally-produced gin products, delicious food and live music performances from SAMA award winner Holley Rey, Russel Zuma, hit song maker Dladla Mshunqisi, as well as local favourite, DJ 101.

Chilling in the VIP area are Peru and Rita Govender.

Nene said the turnout was amazing and the people made sure that they brought their dancing shoes and danced the night away.
