‘Delicious Monster.’

In August 2022, Lynn-Dee van Eeden found Monster on the side of a busy road in Port Shepstone. At that stage he was a tiny puppy, weighing around 1kg. “He immediately fell asleep on my lap in the car, as if he knew he had found his happily ever after. We soon realised what a feisty, joyful, adventurous little boy had joined our family,” she said.

Monster loves the beach.
Monster enjoys car rides with his dad, Neil.

Lynn-Dee’s husband Neil has also enjoyed the new addition, saying he is always up for some fun.

Life just seems like a series of adventures for this happy dog.

Life is one big adventure for Monster.
Hey, look at me!

Lynn-Dee, who describes her rescue as a ‘delicious Monster’, says he has brought much joy to their lives and that they are grateful to have found him.

His favourite things are walks, zoomies around the garden, playing with his canine sister Hopey, as well as his human family.

Vote for Monster.

Lynn-Dee said that anyone adopting a rescue and having the animal sterilised was making a significant impact on the well-being of animals and the community in general.

And that’s without all the fun and occasional chaos, she laughs.
