URGENT CALL FOR HELP: TAWI needs your help to trap and transport feral cats for steri-drive

Transkei Animal Welfare Initiative (TAWI) is thrilled to announce they have secured a generous donation to sterilise nominated colonies of feral cats on the KZN South Coast.
However, they need the public to help make this project a success.
TAWI is in urgent need of volunteers to help trap and transport these feral cats to the designated sterilisation location, St Mike’s, where their veterinary team will perform the sterilisation procedure.
Once the procedure is complete, they will need volunteers to return the cats to their ‘homes’.
*Specific requirements:
* TAWI need trappers, to trap feral cats on Saturday, June 8 between 16:00 and 21:00.
* They are looking for people to team up with their usual trappers, so they are not alone trapping at night.
* Cats will also need to be returned on Sunday, June 9 afternoon/evening.

* If you have a friend or family member who may be interested in helping out, please encourage them to join.
