#SardineRun2024: Numerous shoals spotted on South Coast

Sardines were netted in Winkelspruit today (July 1).

The Sardine Run is far from over.

Multiple reports received from various sources have indicated that there have been numerous shoals spotted throughout the South Coast today (July 1).

A big shoal was netted in Winkelspruit by Team Moonlite.

There was also netting at Marina beach.

A huge net at Marina beach.

There were also many shoals just offshore at Pennington yesterday as well as this morning.

It seems to be a promising start to the week.

Beachgoers get in on the sardine run action.
