Hospital seeks patient’s family
The patient's relatives' names are Bongekile Jama and Makhosazana Jama.
The Port Shepstone Regional Hospital is looking for the family of Sandile Jama, who was admitted on October 2.
The hospital’s PRO, Phumza Morai, said the patient identified himself and mentioned that his relatives live in the Izingolweni/Xolo area in Manzamhlophe near Tholimfundo School.
Morai said his relatives’ names are Bongekile Jama and Makhosazana Jama.
“To help reunite him with his family, we ask anyone who may have information about him or his relatives to contact our hospital’s social worker on 039 6886012,” she said.
