Coast says farewell to top cop
He is the newly appointed station commander of Saps Bulwer.
Captain Mandla Chiya, Saps Port Shepstone K9 Commander, is yet another seasoned member with more than 22 years of experience who has recently been promoted to Lieutenant-Colonel.
“However, the promotion is in Harry Gwala District, where he will be station commander at Saps Bulwer, where we know he will make a positive impact on policing. On behalf of the Ugu District, we wish Chiya all the best,” said Saps Ugu District Communications.
