Howzat for charity under lights
The arena put up R5k for the winning team to donate to a charity of its choice.
The Lazy 8, representing Tidy Towns Shelly Beach to Margate, took on Margate Round Table 46 in a charity game of cricket at the Action Cricket arena in Shelly Beach.

Then, each team added R1k each.
After an entertaining game, which included no shortage of banter, the Lazy 8 won the game and donated the R7k to Tidy Towns.
The Tablers team comprised Mark Dunstone, Werner de Beer, Shaun Saunders, Marius Bergh, Armand Grobler, Jarred Fletcher, Lance Papenfus and Ashton Elliot.
Lazy 8’s team comprised Johan Stoltz, Wayne Beekman, John Hopley, Tyron Lepan, Willie Bergh, Stephen Herbst, Dale Potgieter and Ryan Poisson.
