Missing Marburg woman found dead
Jenene Abigail Moonsamy's family remembers her for her kindness and genuine concern for others.
The search for Jenene Abigail Moonsamy from Marburg ended tragically on Monday this week.
When the 26-year-old didn’t return home on Sunday evening after attending a baby shower celebration in Margate, her family and friends raised the alarm.
A frantic search began for the woman, with her photo being circulated on social media.
On Monday morning, she was found dead on the R61 Shelly Beach onramp after her vehicle left the road and crashed.
Hundreds of messages of condolences have been posted on social media.
A culpable homicide case was opened for investigation at Saps Port Shepstone.
Saps Ugu District Communications said the cause of the accident is yet to be established.
Her family remembers Jenene for her unwavering kindness and genuine concern for others.
“She was a truly remarkable woman who was known for her warmth, gentle spirit and a heart full of love, always putting the needs of others before her own,” said a family member.
Jenene’s life was dedicated to her family and her faith.
The family would like to thank the community for their overwhelming support during this difficult time.
