Egg-citing event for children

It will be an Easter egg hunt with a difference on April 19.

Are you ready to hunt for a ‘baby chick’ and win?

Bring the children, friends and family for an Easter egg hunt with a difference at Granny’s Pool in Port Edward on Saturday, April 19, at 10:00

An awesome group of women – Paula Deacon, Renée Alcock, Charmaine Behrens, Alanda Dieroff, Bêrendine Jordaan and Helen Ueckermann from the Umtamvuna Marine Conservancy recently got together and painted 45 Easter ‘eggs’ for the event.

Bringing all the fun to the event is Vuka Valley Eco Centre’s environmentalist, Matt Kroll, who will help everyone make their own indigenous clay seed balls and launch them with a slingshot.

You will also stand a chance to win a prize – stilt walking.

Face painting will be available, and boerie rolls will be on sale.

Don’t forget a hat, comfy shoes and water!

RSVP to Bêrendine on 060 7282505
