Scottburgh non-profit seeks volunteers to improve town
Dedicated team members did pothole repairs last week.
Keep Scottburgh Beautiful Association gathered at Scottburgh Main Beach to repair potholes last week.
The organisation thanks Chad Wheeler and his team, Juan De Bruyn from Pro Ex Paving, Sean Ridderhoff from Mr Plunge and Steve Usher from Ushers Pool & Garden for their selfless work to fix the road and parking area.
The Keep Scottburgh Beautiful team is looking for more like-minded individuals to join them and help make a difference.
This community-driven non-profit organisation is focused on making Scottburgh a cleaner, greener and more beautiful place to live.
Those interested can get involved in numerous ways:
* Volunteer your time – help is always needed with projects.
* Volunteer your skills – anyone from handymen to landscapers and conservationists to painters will be of great help.
* Contribute supplies – tools, equipment, supplies and transport, whether donated or on loan for project specific use.
* Contribute financially – every cent counts.
