Addiction awareness campaign visits Pennington

The recovery NPO will be in Umzinto later this week.

Mid-South Coast NPO Laqhakaza Iphara Recovery visited Pennington for an awareness campaign last Saturday.

Founder Emmanuel Msomi said the community engagement was good and he felt it went well overall.

The message of recovery was sent out and Msomi met several like-minded folk who offered him their support.

Addictions, symptoms and solutions were discussed.

Msomi especially thanked Pennington resident Bronwyn Tanner for her valued input at the meeting.

The NPO is currently busy with awareness campaigns in other areas on the South Coast.

To get in touch with the recovery organisation, either for assistance or for an awareness event at a school for example, contact Msomi on 079 9952023.
