13 injured in taxi and bakkie crash in Ramsgate

Relevant authorities are investigating the incident.

A taxi and a bakkie collided, resulting in the bakkie overturning, at the intersection of Marine Drive and Ulu Drive in Ramsgate yesterday afternoon (Friday).

KwaZulu Private Ambulance Service spokesperson, Craig Botha, said paramedics responded swiftly to the scene and provided immediate medical attention to 13 people who sustained minor injuries.

The incident is currently under investigation by the relevant authorities.
