Suidies class of 1975 reconnects at reunion

Learners had a wonderful time reminiscing about their days at Suid Natal High.

Suid-Natal High’s class of 1975 celebrated their 50-year reunion, and what a blast it was.

The group reconnected with classmates and reminisced about their school years.

Celebrations started last Friday, where 19 Suidies and their partners got together, which was followed by a spit-braai on Saturday.

Former learner, Doug Rawlins said, “It was great to see our old school friends. Unfortunately, time plays a role and we remembered those that have departed as well as those that could not make it due to other commitments. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful time reminiscing about our days as learners of Suid Natal High. We were grateful that some of our teachers were able to join us.”

The committee looks forward to the next reunion and hopes to see everyone again, as well as those that could not make it.
