Anti-snaring group to tackle Sea Park

The South Coast Anti-Snaring Group will host a snare removal and clean-up operation in Sea Park this Saturday (18th), starting at 10:00 for 10:15.
The man who founded the group, Craig Saunders encourages young and old to get involved.
“Volunteers will cover the bushes and trails around the area, working together to locate and remove snares or other illegal wildlife traps.”
Everyone will meet on the main road before moving through the bush, with the exact location shared via pin drop.
The terrain is easy, and anyone willing to help is welcome to join.
Bring a backpack, refreshments, snacks, long pants (as there are thorns), and sturdy footwear such as tekkies or hiking boots.
If available, bring a bush knife, side cutters or pliers.
First-aid bags and radios will be on hand for safety.
