Hundreds gather at food and shopping festival in Marburg

Shoppers enjoyed exclusive deals from about 70 stalls and took advantage of great in-store specials

Shoppers and food enthusiasts enjoyed a fun-filled festival at MFA Multi Furniture and Appliances Lifestyle Centre in Marburg last Saturday.

The event attracted hundreds of food enthusiasts, and at the same time, offered small local industries an incredible platform to showcase their culinary expertise.

The entire parking area at the centre was taken over by vendors who served up mouth-watering street treats.

Also, shoppers enjoyed exclusive deals from about 70 stalls and took advantage of great in-store specials.

Chef Fehmz does a demo at the shopping and food festival.

Highlight of the festival was Chef Fehmz who took part in a live demo in front of many customers and prepared a creamy prawn and pasta dish.

Hoosen Ebrahim from MFA said the event is growing every year. “It was a pleasure to see people coming together and making the most of the event.”
