Explore the Old Masters at exhibition at Margate Art Museum

The Margate Art Museum was a hive of activity earlier this week as artists from local art club Art by the Sea hung their paintings for their prestigious 2025 exhibition.
This year’s theme is Exploring the Old Masters.
The official opening takes place today (5th) at 17:30 for 18:00, and all art lovers are welcome to attend. As always, wine, juice and finger snacks will be served.
Gordon Dinner, chairperson of the club, says the standard of artworks this year is top-notch.
“With the new members who joined the club, and the renewed enthusiasm of all the artists, guests are in for a pleasant surprise,” he says.
The exhibition runs from this Saturday (6th) till February.
