Amahlongwa non-profit to mark 10 years with disability awareness family day
Activities on the day include a 10km cycle, 5km run and 2km adaptive walk.
Made for More, a non-profit company and public benefit organisation is turning 10 this year, and marking the milestone with a Disability Awareness Family Day.
The organisation aims to include, equip and empower people with disabilities, and the upcoming event hopes to do just that.
Whether you’re cycling, sipping coffee, or cheering from the sidelines, there will be something for everyone on May 9 at Made for More Amahlongwa, 4km outside of Scottburgh.
Activities include a 10km cycle, 5km run and 2km adaptive walk. There will also be veggie and snack sales, coffee and garden fun, and more.
The event begins at 07:00 and promises to be an unforgettable one.
