Learners show spirit at inter-schools cross-country
The event was held at South City Christian Schools recently.
Port Edward Primary School learners were invited to participate at the inter-schools cross-country event which was held at South City Christian Schools last week.
The learners performed exceptionally well although it was the first time for some of them.
The participants were Mercy Khuzwayo, Logan de Jager, Kylie Best, Bridie Halphin, Litha Ndimeni, Rae Oellerman, Hlumani Bulube, Lumi Yose, Khungamandla Dlangamandla, Dian Schoeman and Monya Gerber Reid Cumming.
The learners who place first were Lumi Yose (U11) and Dian Scheoman (U9). Kylie Best (U13) and Reid Cumming (U7) came in second place in their races.
