Merlewood Primary honours new Zulu king
It was a time to wear some bright and colourful attire.
It was a splash of colour, song and dance as learners and educators at Merlewood Primary School honourned His Majesty, King Misuzulu kaZwelithini last Tuesday on what was dubbed as a ‘traditional’ school day.
Learners and educators, draped in their colorful traditional regalia, showed pride in their culture and tradition.
Later in the week, spring day was welcomed with much colour and cheer.
Learners wore brightly coloured outfits and decorated hats in honor of spring day.
