Sweet treat for St Martin de Porres

The school received donations from around the province for the party.

St Martin de Porres School in Port Shepstone recently held a Christmas party for the intermediate phase learners at Sweetdale Farm.

Fifty learners were treated to snacks and treats, as well as enjoying the opportunity to take part in fun activities.

Party organiser and coordinator, Kubashnee Perumal, said the aim of the party was to bring Christmas cheer to the learners as many of them would not celebrate it due to their backgrounds.

“Thanks go to Daniel Kerns for sponsoring the venue and lunch for the learners as well as to all the other sponsors from different parts of KwaZulu-Natal. Fun was had by all,” said Kubashnee.
