Praise for top Umkomaas achievers

Well done to top achiever Jordyn Ebel who was awarded the Dux Award in Grade 7.

Umkomaas Primary School held its academic awards ceremony recently.

Well done to top achiever Jordyn Ebel who was awarded the Dux Award in Grade 7.

She was the highest achiever in Afrikaans for Grade 7 and earned the highest achiever subject awards in her class for Technology, Economic and Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Creative Arts, Natural Sciences, Life Orientation, English and Mathematics.

Inamandla Masinga (runner-up) is seen with guest speaker Dr S Sunker.

The school also congratulates Inamandla Masinga (runner-up to Dux), Ivanka Kasavaloo (third in Grade 7) and Caitlyn Gounder (fourth).
