Hlanganani joins World Read Aloud Day

We look forward to see how creative the learners and teachers can be.

Hlanganani Preparatory School joined the 10th World Read Aloud Day by getting the learners to read aloud on February 1.

None are born with the ability to read as this needs time and practise to master, and to develop the skills of reading. The better we read, the more we enjoy it!

Our school follows DEAR – drops everything and read, educators are also motivated to encourage learners to read aloud.
Hlanganani learners attended an athletic selection at Suid-Natal High last Friday. Well done to the future stars, coach Nomnotho Zulu (Grade R educator) and Karen Marx (principal) of the school.

The school has introduced Fun Fridays where the learners are encouraged to wear civvies and follow a theme. On January 28, we had a crazy hat day and this Friday we will have a crazy hair day.

We look forward to seeing how creative the learners and educators can be.
The AGM will be held on Saturday, February 25. Parents are invited to attend.
